Crawley Tamil Sports Club ("we", "us") runs this website at crawleytsc.com. This page explains what personal data we collect and why.
Most of this site, fixtures, results, the league table, and the squad list, is public information with no personal data involved.
The only part that collects personal data is Fantasy Football. If you create an account, we collect your email (to sign you in) and the name and team name you enter, which appear publicly on the leaderboard. Your email is never shown publicly. We don't collect payment details, addresses, or phone numbers.
We use this only to run the Fantasy competition and contact the winner about the prize. It's stored securely via Google Firebase. We don't sell or share it with anyone else.
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, or any analytics. This site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which shares your IP address with Google as a normal side effect of how web fonts work.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time, just email Crawleytsc@gmail.com. You can also complain to the ICO if you're unhappy with how we've handled it.
